Overview
At LandingRush, we deliver your website quickly — often within 1–3 days — which involves real work from the moment you subscribe. Because of the nature of our service, we do not offer unconditional refunds once work has started or your website has been launched. This policy outlines when refunds may be available and how to request one.
Eligibility
Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
- You request a refund before work on your website has begun. In this case, you are eligible for a full refund.
- We are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service within the promised timeframe, and no work has been delivered.
- A refund is approved on a case-by-case basis due to exceptional circumstances.
Once we have started work on your website or your site has been launched, refunds will not be provided. This is because significant time and resources are invested in creating your site from the start of the subscription.
Process
To request a refund, please email us at hello@landingrush.com with your order details and reason for the request. We will review your submission and inform you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Work has already begun on your website.
- The website has been delivered or launched.
- The client decides to cancel after the service has been delivered in full.
- Delays caused by the client not providing content, feedback, or required information.
